WLD160 is an intelligent VFD controlled pump series designed for constant pressure water supply. After parameters are set correctly, it can supply water according to the water condition without manual operation.

Interface and Control

The operation panel supports pressure adjustment, parameter modification, menu entry/exit and run/stop control.
Display prefix H indicates operating frequency.
Display prefix P indicates actual outlet pressure.
Display prefix L indicates outlet pressure setting.
Motor output terminals U, V and W are used for pump motor wiring.
Pressure feedback is used for constant-pressure control and alarm protection.

Installation and Use Notes

Wiring work should be performed by qualified electricians.
Never connect AC power to output U/V/W terminals.
Do not install the product in direct sunlight, rain, frost or snow without protection.
The inlet pipe diameter should be the same as or larger than the pump inlet diameter.
The inlet water level should be higher than 2m from the center of the pump.
After setting pressure, confirm pump rotation direction; if reversed, exchange any two U/V/W output wires after power-off or modify parameter b0.04.
